How do I request the return of my order?
You can request the automatic return directly in your Florse profile, without having to contact our customer service, it is more convenient and faster.
Follow the instructions:
Step 1
Log in and then click on ''My Orders''.

On the next screen, your purchases will be listed, just select the order you want to return and click on the “Request Return” button.
Do not forget that the return is only allowed for purchases that have the status of delivered, and within 07 calendar days after receipt! After that, the website automatically disables the permission.

Just choose the parts you want to return, describe the reason for the return and then confirm.
Then an email will be sent to you with authorization for your return.

Write down the conditions for returning the product:
♦ Only unwashed, unused, and odorless will be accepted;
♦ Items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted;
♦ Check if your piece is intact, with the label affixed to it;
♦ The product must be intact and the exchange label affixed to the part;
♦ Products will not be accepted after the exchange period;
♦ If the product is defective due to misuse, a refund will not be authorized and the product returned to the customer.
How will I know if I received a refund?
Once your return is approved and the chargeback is made, we'll send you an automatic email notifying you of the refund. Please wait.
How do I request the return of my order?
You can request automatic return directly on our website or you can also contact us directly by WhatsApp or email.
How can I cancel an order?
After completing your order, you have up to 24 hours to contact us and cancel your order. After this period, we cannot say that we will be able to cancel your order.

Now, if you have already received your order or are in support, you can refuse delivery or start the return process on our website.
Deliveries and deadlines:
Delivery times for products vary depending on the delivery location.
After payment confirmation, you will receive by email the tracking code of your order, we request 1 - 3 days to prepare and ship your order.
The deadlines start counting from the approval of the request by the administration of your card. It can take up to 48 hours to release the card by the administrator.
Purchases made and approved by midnight will be processed from the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed from the first working day after authorization from the credit card company.
It is worth mentioning that, in relation to the delivery time, small external unforeseen events may arise that can result in delays, in these cases, we will notify customers;
The customer who chooses to have the goods delivered by the carrier, agrees and authorizes the delivery to administrators, managers, porters or caretakers to receive their order. They respond, upon receipt of the goods, exempting Meloa from any responsibility for violation, loss or misplacement of the goods duly delivered, if any.
